Job Title: Pega CSSA
Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Pega CSSA to design, develop, and deliver
robust, scalable Pega BPM solutions across the full software development lifecycle.
Candidate will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to translate
requirements into high-quality Pega applications while ensuring adherence to best
practices and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement enterprise-level Pega applications.
- Build and optimize workflows, case management, decision logic, UI, data pages, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Lead technical design, perform performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery.
- Mentor junior developers and uphold Pega best practices/guardrails.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) – Mandatory.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Pega platform development and architecture.
- Strong understanding of Pega PRPC, rule resolution, and object-oriented design.
- Experience with integrations and exception handling (SOAP/REST).
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
