Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Pega LSA to lead the design, architecture,
and delivery of enterprise-level Pega solutions. The role involves technical leadership,
collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ensuring best practices are followed
throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee design, development, and implementation of Pega applications.
- Provide technical guidance, architectural decisions, and mentorship to team members.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders for requirement analysis and delivery.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure adherence to Pega best practices and guardrails.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) – Mandatory.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Pega platform and enterprise solutions.
- Strong understanding of Pega architecture, integrations (REST/SOAP), and Agile delivery.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
